At Financira.com, we are committed to your privacy.

* We will not sell, share, trade or rent any information given to us (this includes any and all information), except as disclosed in this privacy statement.
* We are committed to protect your privacy and your personal information at all times.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

Two types of information may be collected when you visit any of our web sites, information that you knowingly provide us (called personally identifiable information), and information that is obtained from your visit but is not directly associated with you (called non-personally identifiable information).

When you sign up to use one or more of our services, ask a question or purchase merchandise, we may specifically ask for information about you, including, but not limited to name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date and/or payment information. If we need to know about your credit history, we also receive information from third parties such as credit reporting agencies or other creditors. In addition, we collect and maintain information about your transactions with our affiliates, others, and us. In the normal course of using Financira Services’ web sites we may collect information about your habits and usage of our sites. This non-personally identifiable information is collected without any direct association with you specifically.


INFORMATION USE
We will not disclose your private information, as described above to any organization, affiliated or non-affiliated, unless this disclosure:

(1) is necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction, service, or inquiry you have initiated. For example, we occasionally enter into agreements with companies whose expertise is necessary to provide the service you have requested. They include specialized firms for check printing, to execute security transactions as well as provide data processing services;

(2) is necessary to perform marketing or analysis services on our behalf, so that we may better understand your financial needs and determine how we can help you meet those needs;

(3) is necessary to facilitate or consummate our business transactions with third parties that work for us which does not include the selling of information for the purpose of further solicitation.

As we stated in our pledge to you, we do not share information with outside companies for the purpose of selling their products and services except we may refer you to another debt settlement or debt management provider when we cannot service you due to state of residency restrictions, inability to qualify for our programs due to hardship or fee structures, or other disqualifying reasons. Financira Services is not responsible for the information practices of our business partners. The collection, use, and disclosure of information by these other companies are subject to their respective privacy policies and the, which may differ from Financira Services’ policy. Our business partners may contact you by telephone, email, or regular mail based on the information you provided to us. If one of our partners contacts you by telephone and you wish not to be contacted again by that business partner with respect to your inquiry, then you should specifically make a request to that partner not to contact you again.


INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Agents, employees and contractors of Financira Services, who have access to personally identifiable information, are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and the high standards of the company. Information about you specifically will not be used for any purpose other than to carry out the services you requested from Financira Services and its affiliates, except in situations already mentioned.


USES OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us through financira.com, we may send you a confirmation email letting you know that we received your information successfully. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone in accordance with your wishes.

Financira Services may send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily unavailable for system maintenance, we might send you an email notice to keep you informed. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION BY THIRD-PARTY SITES
AND SPONSORS

Sometimes Financira Services’ web sites may contain links to various other sites not owned and operated by Financira Services. While we encourage other site developers to adopt privacy policies that build user's trust and confidence, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of web sites either linked to our sites or to which we link. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy policies, as we have no control over the information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.


CORRECTING AND EDITING YOUR INFORMATION

If you would like to make changes to the information you submitted (i.e. email address change), you may contact the webmaster at support@financira.com or notify the Debt Specialist assisting you to make these changes. We do not store your information online for your access at this time.


USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that may be placed on your computer's hard drive by our servers to identify your computer. We may use cookies to recognize you when you visit our sites, to personalize your experience and generally to serve you better. For example, if you enter your name, address, telephone number, email address, zip code or other personally identifiable information on one of our forms, such information may be, but is not necessarily always, stored in a cookie so you do not have to enter this information again. Financira.com also uses third party cookies for the purpose of site traffic monitoring. These cookies help us understand which parts of our site are most visited and helps up keep our site as up to date and helpful as possible. These third party cookies do not store any personal identifiable information.


IP ADDRESSES

An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer whenever you're using the Internet. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Financira Services collects IP addresses in our web site logs for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregated information, and to audit the use of our site. When visitors request pages from Financira Services' site, our servers log the visitor's IP address. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a visitor's session will be logged, but the visitor remains anonymous to us.


Privacy Policy Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect via the Internet.
